When was ANOMALITH released?
Steam lists October 28, 2026. The Japanese official site lists October 29, 2026. These are the dates shown by each source and region; check your own store before buying.
Which platforms can I play on?

Does ANOMALITH have multiplayer?
The official product information identifies ANOMALITH as a single-player game. There is no verified co-op mode to plan a shared playthrough around.
Is the hospital shotgun the same as the DLC shotgun?
Treat them as separate acquisition questions. The DLC double-barreled shotgun has its own entitlement and unlock requirements. This wiki has not yet verified a complete hospital pickup route.
